I've checked  multiplayer side it's not there

Not sure what the fix is I've uninstalled and reinstalled and removed and added my account back and still hasn't fixed the issue

I agree every time I talk to them they say they can't help and tell me to talk to Microsoft and I've talked to Microsoft and they say to talk to the developer which they are right EA made the game they are the ones that should be able to help

Shocking isn’t it. I’m so far behind online because i didn’t receive the 150k and it just gave me a lack of motivation to do anything. 

Sick of paying for broken games and devs doing nothing about it. Should be liable for damages when the products released broken and not fixed timely. Keep these swindlers on their toes.

I still have not received my $150k on multiplayer either.
