10x Heroe always the same

So I’m still having this problem. But it’s only for plants. My zombies have been changing. It’s pretty annoying since I don’t feel like playing nightcap and grass knuckles every single time I want to get my boost.

I have had Spudow or Captain Combustible every time for over six months. I can’t remember the last time it wasn’t one or the other
