100% gpu usage with good comp, performance drops

100% gpu usage with - RTX 2070 + i9 9900k all low graphics (medium textures/model), even using adaptive vsync to try and lower usage doesnt work. Any one got any suggestions for fixes, would be much appreciated. This game atm EATS gpu it seems?

Hello,

You want to use 100% of your GPU while gaming. This is totally normal for the GPU usage to bounce around during game. GPU is designed to be used 100%, so do not worry about it at all.

Just make sure your system temperature is normal and not overheating your system.

Where I do agree, that the gpu/cpu should be running as much as possible for best performance - the GPU hitting 100% usage is giving me performance issues on Apex. I'l have 144 frames and start to notice perf problems while watching through HWINFO/HWMONITOR that the gpu hits 99/100%.
