10 apex pack mistake

I bought 10 apex packs by mistake I don't want to buy I confirmed by mistake, I want to change without using

@Hitahp @Hitahp Thank you for clarifying, we would be unable to reverse in-game decisions, if an in-game currency is spent you will keep the items purchased.

If you have any issues with getting those items, you can reach out to an EA Advisor at help.ea.com, however, they will not be able to reverse the action.

I bought it by accident, I did not want to buy it. I clicked on the package because I thought it was a bug, but it wasn't and bought it. I would ask for a refund if possible
