1 player in queue

Honestly,  ea help is a joke. They left me no option but to come here. Yesterday, I Load into apex and try to solo queue. I look up and realize how long its taking then notice below "matchmaking" it says "1 players in queue". I began researching the problem to find no help.  I can play fine on a different account or if i play with friends and theyre the host. I even UNINSTALLED THE GAME and reinstalled it but that didn't work. Does ANYONE have an answer to this?

I can solo queue again. If you account has been reported a lot then it restricts you from playing solo

It took maybe 3-4 days of being a good little boy. I just turned on streamer mode and stuff so people couldn't see and report.

that's... not how it works... streamer mode doesn't make you invincible from reports? It only hides players' names on YOUR screen.

i had same issue
