-1 PING 100% PACKET LOSS

Here is my problem I AM STUCK IN LONDONS SERVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried switching servers and it dosent work!!!

Step 1. I reset my router.

2. Im on a ethernet cable direct to my router.

3. I have 100 megs with 8 ms ping time

4. Im not having an issue with any other game 

5. Im west coast US based 

6. I have configure dns servers and unpn 

7. I have tried port forwarding 

Nothing is fixing my issue.

@cimimic Could you try to use your phones 4g and see if this fixes the issue? This way i can help you to figure out more about the issue.

This soultion did not work 

Basically i was told my isp has to reroute me when apex is the only game that is locking me to Londons data center and i cannot change the server  clicking on it with left or right clicks dont help.

you can try using VPN

so many vpn tools out there

and try choose the fastest country

try it one by one

so you can compare the different

and find the lowest ping

but today on 11 may 2020

all my server on apex

got so much high ping

T_T

i cannot even aim and move

hope they fix the server

I have this problem as well and have searched across Reddit, this forum, any many other places and yet to find a fix. I basically have a degree in networking trying to find a fix for this issue but no success. I did not change ISPs in the last 4 years, and this issue has persisted since season 3 I believe for me. The only up-side to the situation is that I am learning a lot of great UK slag. 

Bump to this threat in hopes someone reads it and has found a fix to share.

Worst of all is there is no clear way to "re-ping" a datacenter. Since one year ago, QoS has been implemented  and sometimes I'll get 100% packet loss when pinging a server for the first 1 or 2 seconds, everything works well after that. I'm stuck with Taiwan servers and I'm just south of san diego
