0xc00007b for apex - Can't fix - Please help

Every time I try to open apex it comes up with this 0xc000007b error. I have tried reinstalling all the c++ stuff, new direct x, windows updates, uninstall and reinstall multiple times and still nothing. Worked my way through about 5 forum posts claiming they have fixed it and still nothing. Really can't be asked wiping my PC and just want a fix that isn't just regurgitated from other forum posts. Please help

When you have the chance could you post a DxDiag so we can take a look? You can find more details on how to pull one up over at the EA Help website.

r5apex.exe error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)
