0x887a005 Error After a game has ended

I am getting this error in almost 7/8 games that i have played on apex legends and it goes as follows.

0x887a005 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED The video card has been physically removed from the system, or a driver upgrade for the video card has occurred. The application should destroy and recreate the device. For help debugging the problem, call ID3D 0Dec and whatever

I have a laptop that has a GTX 1050TI and i had to put the game in my graphic settings in high performance because of it trying to run off my integrated graphics card.

Can anyone help me out here?

I wish i could show a screenshot, but it freeze and locks my whole pc unless i forcequit it.
