I found a solution that works for me. By playing Apex in window mode on 1280 x 720 Resolution. Put V-Sync on Triple Buffered and FPS on 60. Disabled supersampling.

I also lowered all my other graphics. I don't know if that is necessary for everybody, but for me that works.



Until its fixed or better solution I will use this. Although its not optimal it doesn't lower my gameplay. Managed good play and also won games with these settings.

I do not yet know what is causing these DXGI (DirectX) erros but im almost sure its a software issue in Windows 10 and not hardware related.

Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 580 Series

Latest driver from AMD Radeon 20.4.2



no rollback drivers. No edits in register editor. These did not seem to work for me.

I've had this error 3 times now in the past few days. And it's need 3 times in Ranked at that - I keep getting the message about the penalty. If I get penalized, I am going to be very, very disappointed.

@NimbleBard48 Turned out for me the error was caused by my PSU. I plugged the PC plug directly into the wall socket. So no longer via a power strip. This has completely solved the problem.
I guess my PSU couldn´t deliver the power.
