"You have lost connection to the EA servers..." I have reviewed every type of problem and yet done everything except reformatted my hard drive which I will not do. Need a little help!

@LsVgsPI So you can connect to Origin without problems, how about other EA games, do they work? Have you tried the network troubleshooter? Also dont forget to post a dxdiag

I've attached a copy of my Dxdiag... nothing has worked regardless of how much time I invested in this process.
