I have been trying to sign up with the serial code you gave me for my download on thesims3.com but it keeps telling me its invalid/ already in use! i havent made an account yet i just bought the game off your website!!!! HELP! and i have triple checked to make sure i put in the right one!

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
