lol got game 4 hours ago .. got home installed it.. then i get ctd .. game ran out of memoy..lol thats a new one so i have all my updates.. and i know i have ram.. an video card and hard drive space..i have it on my sub E; drive 2 tb hard drive.. lol ive restarted pc 2 times un-installed 2times..

Visit the Lenovo site to update your graphics drivers and maybe BIOS. Your graphics card drivers are 5 years old despite you have checked it

You can also look for these drivers here

If you have any programs that you can transfer from drive C to another, do it. Theoretically, you have 46 GB of free space and it should be enough, but you do not know how much of this free space Windows temporary files took. The second game folder by default will always be installed on the C drive in Documents
You have a number of system errors so run this Windows tool to fix it
Also, check if your Windows is up to date. There are no reported failed updates but checking is fast and it will not hurt.
