won’t let me save or exit!

PLEASE HELP!! hi my game won’t let me click on anything. i have a dell and mods. it was working fine until i accidentally pressed ‘m’ and it sent me to travel when i exited out all of my controls were gone and it won’t let me click on anything. ive made a whole new family and house and i can’t get to the options menu to save PLEASE HELP!!! the only thing that shows up is the gallery, record, notifications, and options and it won’t let me click on any😞 HELPPPPPP!!!

Use  ALT-TAB to get to the desktop then start Taskmanager and use it to close the game. After that rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair.
