why doesn't my mods show up, even tho i have enable mods on?

I have all my mods in its file but when I click on sims to see if my mods are there since there was a update, it doesn't show, even if I enable my mods and reset it. It doesn't even have a load progress button, only a start up one like I had restarted the whole game. Plus I even repaired the game to see if it could fix the problem but it didn't.

It's not clear from your picture where your mods are installed; but the Mods folder should be inside the game user folder, The Sims 4; located in Documents>Electronic Arts.
