why aren't my sims 4 packs showing up in game

I just installed three kits for the game and their not showing up, this happened before with tiny living which I still haven't figured out how to find them

I found this thread that you might find helpful.
I noticed your post as it has happened to me on Xbox before but for Consoles it's a different solution.
On the Technical Issues - PC thread there are a few instances of this happening so there might be other helpful tips there too. If not then reply on here if it's still not resolved and a PC player might be able to advise you.
