while installing sims 4 my anti

After the update last Nov. 14, 2020 my sims 4 won't open. It says sims 4 legacy has stopped working. I read the forum. I removed all the mods and cc, try repair but it won't work. Now I uninstall the game. While installing the game I noticed that my antivirus (Avira) is blocking the 7zxa.dll because it is infected with virus Win32:RmnDrp [Inf]. What should I do?
