where is bonus points banner

Everytime I come on the site the bonus points banner is know where to be found. Is anyone else having this problem?

@angie12101986  Which points banner are you looking for?  The one that let you earn points for watching ads has been gone for years now, and it shows no signs of ever coming back.  If you mean the points you get for registering Sims 3, that only works for the base game and World Adventures.  So if you added a different pack, you won't get any extra points.
