when will you do another free sims game+game pack promotion? [ Edited ]

will you ever do another promotion where the older sims game+game packs will be free? what i mean by this is, will you ever have the sims 2 or 3 with all the packs, free? (for a limited time) you guys did that with the sims 2 a while back im pretty sure. i really love to have an opportunity to have them. thank you!
