was playing sims 4 and my computer died

I was playing sims 4 and my computer died, now my screen is stuck on the sims 4. i can't click anything on my screen or in the sims. when i tried ctrl alt delete and i couldn't click on task manager them sims stays on my screen. please help

Hey @Teddy_sunnyx, restarting the whole machine (turn off PC) won't help? What happens when you turn of and restart your machine?
