walls are dissapearing when placing paint or wallpapers down

hi i need help with my game the problem im having is when i go to place paint or wallpaper on the walls or sometimes even the floors they would go see through where i can see outside only happens when i place wallpaper n paint sometimes the flooring and only happens for a second or so I though it was a mod, build, or object and my cc but ive taken all the folders out of my game and ive repaired i also have the latest patch but its still doing it ive attached a photo to hopefully show you whats happening to my game.

After moving mods folder to desktop you need delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and fix game in Origin.
There is possibility that this your save is bugged - so save the game by option "save as" and start new game to test if it will be happen in another game also.

hi ive tried doing what you said i even took out my saves folder to desktop and created a new game but its still doing it in the new game as well

I will tag to @BryonyRae for help because she is the best specialist about bugs in building department. For me it looks like painting tool and destruction tool somehow got mixed up in your game.

I can see Bryone is busy.
For now you can try resetting the whole game folder. There is a chance that this will fix your game.
Go to menu Start/ Documents/ElectronicArts - inside will be The Sims4 folder
Step 1. Rename this The Sims4 folder to "The Sims4 old" /Right click on the game folder - option "rename"
Step 2. Fix the game in Origin /Library - right click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
Step 3. Turn on the game - new game folder will be create and you will have two - one old , one new
Step 4. Take random sim and start new game. Check if you still have this problem in the new created game folder
If problem desaperaed
Step 5. Delete in the new game folder following folders:
"saves" and Tray.
Step 6. Go to "The Sims 4 old" folder and copy - your "saves " folder. Right click on the folder - option - copy
Step 7 Paste this folder in new created game folder. / Right click on the new game folder - option - paste
Step 8. Do the same with Tray folder
Step 9. Turn on the game , go to your save and check if all is OK now
Step 10. If game is working properly - delete "The Sims4 old" folder

i tried this suggestion it still does its not had bad as before but it is still there.

I understand that old save still has this bug. Was there this bug when you were doing the game test in a new folder? Before you had pasted the old save .
