venue issue not showing in edit town

so I need help again I bought a venue wonder world carnival and I cant seem to find it when it edit my town it said its installed but I don't see it. would I have to take out my festival grounds then put the new venue in? can someone please help me step by step instruction's would be very helpful please and thank you

or the other things to check - if your venue downloaded and installed to your game, you should be able to find it in with the community lots to place in your town. When you install a venue it does not automatically get placed in your town. You have to place it yourself on one of your towns empty lots.
