vampire features stuck

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 10/6/20
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? vampires
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? turn a sim into a vampire
What happens when the bug occurs? dark mode facial features are stuck while in normal mode
What do you expect to see? a normal face while im in normal mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So I've seen that there's already posts about this(sorry if I'm breaking any rules haha) but when my sim isn't in their dark mode, the cracks and scars are still on their face! I've turned it off in dark mode(their outfits/features aren't linked, either) and it's still there. I've already gone in CAS and tried fixing it, still nothing. There's no prompt box in their normal mode to fix their face, only in their dark mode. Please help? It's really frustrating!

oop I didnt know how to delete my post but I fixed it! I restarted sims 4 and linked my features and that got rid of it. I tried unlinking and linking before and that didnt work, but resetting sims4 and then repeating that seemed to work. Thanks so much for responding!

@ClashSecvu Do you have dark and normal form linked ? Are they only stuck in live mode or also CAS ?

What other thread are you referring too ? Usually if there is one, you can just add to that unless it's locked or really old.
