two dlc missing

redeemed two codes for sims 3 it said accepted code but never gave option to download them now the codes wont work i used them off my original cd! i dont know what to fdo i restarted the appt etc still nothing

and look again, specifically under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  Let me know whether the DLC is listed there, and if so, what you see: a Download button, In-game Content, etc.  Please also list the packs themselves.

it doesnt show them im missing generations and pets. originally it took the codes but did not give me a confimation

@Player_eaggn59g  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  Take a photo for each pack showing its disc, case, and product code (clearly readable); you can upload these photos when you submit the help request.

I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
