trying to redeem a code but it never loads

I paid for the roaring heights world. When trying to redeem the code, it never loads. Everything else works fine. I've restarted my computer and closed all other tabs but it still won't load.

@hhhelena722  Where are you trying to redeem the code? You can redeem codes in Origin or thesims3.com (same login). Do you get an error message? If you are trying to redeem a code I assume you bought the pack/code from a third party vendor (other then EA). Where did you buy/get this code?
