Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Within CAS. Unsure how to find this bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to make a sim in CAS, I'm only presented with 4 äspiratin" options. When I select one, it automatically selects traits for me. No other traits are visible or able to be selected/changed. Even when downloading a sim from the gallery, none of their traits can be selected or changed. I have also repaired my game with no change.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see a range of trait and aspiration options in CAS.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I think you are still in the tutorial.  I forget how I exited the tutorial but try to start a new save or load the old saves you have. Then you should have your normal traits and aspirations in cas.

Moving this to tech for further troubleshooting and info but it looks like tutorial mode

Hey, I for sure was still in tutorial mode! I had accidentally selected it and asked it not to ask anymore, so didn't work it out straight away! Thanks for your help
