toddler body stretched??

I don't know why but now toddlers in my game have this horrific alien like body, i have no toddler body or preset mods and changing the body shape doesn't work. The kids in my game are still normal even with body presets and mods but not toddlers, Pleaaaase help its terrible! This is what it looks like in CAS:

It is CC related issue
After each update, most scripts mods and a large part CC will be spoiled and will spoil the game. Checking what broke down this time after the patch, and replacing these broken ones by a new updated version or deleting these is the price the player pays for using CC and mods
Move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game - important!
Fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and CC.
Check if there are new updated versions of the mods and CC you are using.
Then copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods one by one every time checking if the game is OK. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method. ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)
You need to find a culprit and either remove it or replace it with an updated version

I know this is pretty late but I deleted all my spoiled cc and mods but they are still stretched out like this, what do I do?

After hours upon hours of banging my head against the wall.  This might not be your solution but as of today Aug 27, 2021 my problem child was ShimrodStandStillInCas_V3.  If you have it dump it.  I do a lot of editing in CAS and considered this a must have.......till now anyway.  Makes the people not move in CAS.  which is nice when your playing around w/ spellcasters and they move on you every 3 seconds.  Anyway hope this helps at least one person with Monstrous Toddler Legs/Arms

@Pipehitter24 THIS WORKED! I was actually about to cry because I was editing my 4 toddlers (100 baby challenge) and they were all so long. TYSM!

This happend for the infants after the update, i'm assuming for the same reason. I restarted my mods flder and didnt get stand still in cas mod, but its still happend. I only have a few mods, so do you know specifically which mod/cc it is?

I have been looking for help and a person said to remove stand still in cas MOD can you see if that works I still haven't taken it out but I thought I did so wish you the best of luck 😊

I don't have the standstill in cas mod anymore but my infants are still stretched
