I have the 2009 disc version of Sims 3. I had it working before but I deleted it due to a mod I had messing up my game. I can download the game just fine but when I update it it tells me "there was an error during startup please see the log for more details and when I install my expansion packs they do not act installed. I cant play them at all..

@DrSallySkullz  Is the game redeemed in Origin? The software on the discs is dated. Download and install the version 1.67 manual super patch. Origin should find the game and patch to version 1.69
