the sims 4

the sims 4 wont let me load any households. they are all on residentual, any other suggestions that could help me access my sims?? it wont even let me build a new family and play them in any new house.

it only started yesterday (13/1/15) when i changed a childs hair style and kicked me out of the household and back to the world.

If so, please zip your save game folder and upload to mediafire or dropbox and PM me the link
