the sims 4 won't open no error message

Well let's go:

I had the sims 4 and mods working properly in that same machine I'm using.

I hadn't played for a while and then some weeks ago I tried to get into the game but it just don't open or give any errors.

It just pops up and down and never opens.

Tried all around : repaired, reinstalled, unchecked origin in game, changed the game to another hard disk ( storage), took off all mods but NOTHING.

I'm in a IdeaPad L340 gaming, core i5 9th gen, nvidia geforce gtx.

Also, I do use anti-virus and it was never a problem to getting in game before, I'm out of solutions here!!

@niichanbr  What antivirus program do you use?  Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
