the sims 4 extremely slow

I hope I am posting in the right place, but I am having problems since yesterday when bought the game.
the game is impossible to play for being too slow. I changed the settings many times and nothing changed.
my computer runs the sims 2, the sims 3 with all eps and the medieval, I don't understand why this is happening, plus I have a lot of free memory.
I wanted to know too if there is a way to start without being through Origin, this experience is already too frustrating for me.
