I've done it and got it working. I first off all uninstalled Sims4 CAS demo, The Sims 4 and origin. I made sure there where no sims 4 or origin Files anywhere on the computer after uninstall. I then re-installed origin and the Sims 4 but not the sims4 Demo. I added an exception for origin to my firewall and then went offline on origin. The game started no problem

Hi there, well i have the same issue about error code 135, however i found a solution for this, at the moment you run the game, you must turn off your firewall or add it as an exeption, this way error  135dec40:984c6a38:00000077 just vanish, but as far as i try i turn off my firewall just at the moment the game begin, after that i turn on my firewall again. Hope this help you all, remember turn off the firewall > execute origin/login > execute game sims 4 (wait until EA simbol appear) > turn on firewall > play.

I got the solution!

just reinstall origin in the "C:" not in the "C:\programs file

If you solve the problom, spread this way to another pople!

hello EA_kirsti i just got sims 4 and didnt work i open it and the black screen then the code apppears i reinstall orgin on programe files and made it run as admin didnt work

I ran the sims 4 as an admin and in compatiblity mode and now it works.
