the sim 4 activation required [ Edited ]

At first its okay to played sim 4 and i already played it for 4 days> Later i got a problem........ in my game tab the sim4 was not appear... i don't know why! so i opened sim 4 maunually from my data file location. but it said activation required.. and i activated it........ i got serial code from my eamil but it said already used so i can't playe now... so guys please help me i want to play so badly :/
