supper problems

i cant use detail mode at all and the click and slide thing on the highlighted areas dosent work it only works on the upper arm im using the touch pad on my netbook ive got  windows 7 please helpppp!

That is below minimum specs. Both your CPU and RAM do not fulfll them.
