stuck in loading screen when loading the household

Hello simmers!

when i click on my houshold it won't load my family but keeps stucking in the loading screen.. no error message, nothing 

I already tried to repair the game but it didn't help.

The problem occured the first time after the new patch yesterday. 

please help

@SoniUndLisi Can you go to build mode from the map on that lot ?

If so, try the following

1. Backups your save under a new name
2. Go to build mode and save your house to the library
3. Bulldoze the lot
4. Try if it then loads.
5. If it does, it's probably something in the house that's causing issues. You can try if it helps by just replacing it from the library. If not, you will need to hunt down what the issue is (let me know if you need help with that)

Second test to see if it's the household itself

1. Backup your save under a new name
2. Evict the household from the map and see if it then loads.

Let me know how either test goes.

@SoniUndLisi Unfortunately, you may have to reinstall.

Step 1. Name your The Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts to The Sims 4 Old.
Step 2: Uninstall the game.
Step 3: Install the game.
Step 4: Repair your game if there is an option.
Step 5: Test your game without the old save.
Step 6: Add your old save back and enjoy.

@SoniUndLisi Are you using mods/cc in your game ?

Is it just a certain household ? Do others load fine on that save ?

Hello, im using mods and cc and I removed them all but my household still didn't load. 

I tried to load a different household on the same save and it worked fine even with all my mods/cc on

hello today I repaired my game! 

tank you very much crinrict!

At first I  bulldozed the lot but my family still  did'nt load.

So I moved them out and had the idea to move them in again. and it worked. I just moved them out and let them move in again.

Thank you so so so much, you just saved my household I have been playing with for almost a half year 🙏😭 I tried for 2 hours to fix my game but ur post was the only thing in the internet that could help me 🥹
