sound isn't working on sims 4

my sound isn't working, ive tried everything but no luck, don't know what to do at this point

Are you on Mac or PC?
It would be easier if it will be known what was this "everything" - that you have tried.
Factory reset? Fixing the game? Deleting mods? New drivers for the sound card?

Go to the Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims4 folder
You need to find inside TS4 folders two files and delete it.
Options file - looks like a gearwheel - and localthumbcache.package file
Then fix the game in Origin.
Origin/Library - right click on TS4 - option - repair game
The game will recreate these files after turning on.
