some of my exsoansions are not showing

I spent about 2 hours on the phone with one of your technitions about two months ago because some of my exspansion packs did not register.

he did sort it out for me but now theu are missing on here but they show on origin???????????????????????????????????????????

Where are they missing? Are they on your launcher?

it must be a cliche on their end. sometimes they show up on mine and sometimes they don't. i also have to recheck on my launcher and and every time origin updates i have to go back and recheck them all in order to play

@michellepyle  When you start the game (or updates although TS3 does not update often now), I think the game checks your system specs and disables packs for the game will run within your computer's specs (I think this is what happens). If your computer is a pc, please post your computer's dxdiag - link - how to post dxdiag  Thank you
