when i go on origin and press play it starts off ok then as it stops and goes into white screen then wait for it to load then it logs into game when i'm picking which sims to play it takes ages to get onto the game then as i start to play the sims 4 half way through it freezes .then my pointer turns into a little blue circle trying to fix the game then white screen comes on then off jut dose the same thing over then after awhile it deletes my game play goes back to origin

Do you have any Mods or CC? If so move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
