sims4 game takes a long time loading [ Edited ]

@EA_Lanna do not know if you have any answers to this or if this is worth checking out but when loading the sims4 it seem to take a longtime to load, and also the same issue when going from the main menu to the game when loading a sim family created by the player or when going into create a sim and also please take note that after the november 10 patch it triggered anti virus program blocking the sims4 64 exe app. i have long since solved the issue by reinstalling the game but wanted to mention the issue thank you for looking or answering my question edit also adding a screen shot when anti virus triggers had to allow the app
