Dvd-rom sims3 starter pack, 140$ 8disk. Sims Will not Install, tried on win8 Then win7 pc. Without internet other than cellular phone That Will not tether how do I Install from dvd???

Do I absolutely need to download??? Have disks..., no 6gb downloads plz.

@JCOM_TO as is stated upon purchase, you do require internet connection for the installation and the first time launch.

Humm I'll try USB wi-fi. Hope do not get gouged, no néed for me to dowmload 8 disks bought and paid.
