@mj_lover0711 From your screenshot, it looks like you are in fact one game version behind. Please clear Origin's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
then repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. Then right-click and select Update.
If this doesn't help, let me know what antivirus you use.
