Sims 4 Pets won't allow player to walk dog, anytime dog is leashed player is unable to walk any real distance. This bug began occurring after latest update. Sims Pets in Origin is stuck on "Finalizing" instead of Play though I have owned Sims Pets for some time now.

Rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair.
