okay so i have the simss 4 game but i dont remeber my username or password to my origin account but i really want to play it can i just changes my username somehow or is there no point??

Instead of your username use your the e-mail address, which you gave when registering the game.
Try all the old emails you might have used. If it will be accepted click on the "Forgot my password" below and follow the instructions

You can go to https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/accidental-second-ea-account/ and follow the steps to recover the old account. If none of that works, click on the "contact us" on that page and a customer service agent may be able to help you track down the account.
