sims lagging????

I've been playing fine on sims for the past few months as of yesterday i started experiencing lag ... it's slow and i've tried everything such as turning off mods CC's , uninstalled , restarting my laptop and still nothing :/  help please   i just want to play i don't know if its because i just got seasons recently or because strangerville came out yesterday

There is an error with your graphics driver which means that a basic driver is used that are not able to run the game. Please see this Microsoft support article on how to fix the issue.

You have an Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 If the fix from Microsoft do not find it. Go to https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ and get the driver there.
