sims add to basket gives HTTP 500

Add to basket on thesims.com consistently fails, I can't order any sims updates.

The Chrome debugger shows an HTTP 500 from the PUT request

Is something broken specifically for my account?

@lilymccullough Is your computer a pc or mac? An error 500 usually means you have a communication problem OR the site may be offline and can't be reached.  If you can surf other sites then usually the site is off line.
