I'm also having a problem with the sims 4 game starting, it loaded but it will not start. I had the sims 3 game do the exact same thing when purchased from the origin site, but when I went and bought the actual cd disc the game downloaded and worked fine. Now i'm experiencing the same thing with the sims4 is there a difference with the qualifiacations for the online download vs the actual cd disc?
