I accidentally bought sims 4 on the wrong account a while ago. I have played the game because I wasn't able to buy it again on the right account. I want to know if I can possibly get it switched to the right account. Also on the account I thought I bought it on, I purchased sims 4 on xbox on that account and I think it's stupid that if I buy it on the same account but on a different platform, why can't we just already have the game on that account without having to buy it again.

you can try contact support and they should be able to merge the two accounts.

As for your comment: Yeah, that would make life easier but unfortunately that's not how it work but as they are totally different platforms, it's treated as a separate game.
