sims 4 you do not reach the age requirement

Hi, I am definitely old enough to get Sims 4 but when I click download it says age requirement not met. Is anyone else having this problem? The free download offer ends soon so I really want to get it working before then.

yes same im having this problem with sims 4 even though the date of birth i put in proves im older than 13!!

when will i get the automatic email about upgrading to an adult account as i tried logging back in and refreshing my emails.

Notice that some countries have other Age restrictions.

As @jpkarlsen explained, underage accounts might see this message. Even if you are not trying to get the game with an underage account, keep also in mind the age rating of the game in your country.
