sims 4 wont launch

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know because i don't know what's causing the bug.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims 4 doesn't launch
What do you expect to see? Sims 4 launching
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hello! I recently encountered a problem with my sims 4 game. 

It was working fine until about a week ago when it took forever to launch and it wasn't a measly 2-7 minutes it was at least 10- 15 minutes and now it won't launch at all.

i don't get an error message or anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
