sims 4 wont launch on windows 8.1

SIMS 4 WONT LAUNCh on my windows 8.1 

It wont launch and it keeps saying that there is a problem and windows will notify when there is a solution????

It's really hard to read your computer details like that, could you please post a DxDiag:

From what I can see though, your dedicated graphics memory is only 32 MB and the Sims 4 require 128 MB, so your laptop might not be good enough to play the game. What exactly does the error say?

Hi yes the problem is indeed the 32mb Dedicated video thing, is there any way i can upgrade it?? at all? i really need this game running because the design component is a part of my folio,, thank you!

Usually on laptops you cannot upgrade the graphics card.. You can always try updating it (google update graphics driver intel), but other than that I don't know if there's much to do. I don't know if taking your laptop to a tech store might help you, (you need a new motherboard), upgrading such things on laptops are usually impossible or really expensive.

I'm not an expert though, maybe there's something more to do, we could always wait and see if someone else can confirm my thoughts

I Have attached a copy of my DxDiag, and I have 2gb graphics memory. my sister has the same but she is running on windows 10,would it work if I downgrade to windows 7 (when the sims had originally worked) or windows 10 work?

@beverlychee  The minimum requirement for this game is 128Mb dedicated video memory - your system has only 32Mb dedicated video memory. The processor is really below minimum. You CAN NOT run the Windows operating system on a 128Gb ssd only. The windows operating system bloats - it is what it does. As your run applications and download data temp files are created and a lot of the times these files may not be deleted automatically and this uses precious space on a very small storage device until there is no space left. That 2Gb graphics memory is part borrowed from main memory and not all dedicated video memory. doesn't matter what operating system you have with that 128Gb ssd. No two computers are ever exactly the same. Even if they are bought at the same time. It is almost impossible to get the exact parts in two machines with production changes being made virtually on a daily basis. Windows 7 main support is over. What that means is you will only get important updates from Microsoft and driver support will disappear. I do not recommend installing Windows 7 at this time. Usually the amount of dedicated video memory is engineered into the motherboard so that can not be changed. What do you want from a company that owns eMachines. They also own Packard Smell and the only reason Packard Bell is still around is because of the European market (PB is not sold in the USA). My daughter had an ACER desktop that had issues and when I opened up the case the motherboard had bulging capacitors on the motherboard - needless to say I was not impressed. It was time for that trip to the computer store for a new computer.
