I don't have that update in my computer and have tried deleting and re-downloading Origin twice and updating and restarting my computer, but I still am getting the error 1603 on my screen and it won't let me re-download the game itself. What should I do then?

First Close your Origin App completely from your tray. Second open Origin again as Administrator (Open as Administrator). Click install and enjoy.
